In the early 20th century, scientists made a groundbreaking discovery: matter was not as it had been previously imagined. Matter was not solid, nor did it have colors, smells, sounds, or images. Instead, matter was merely energy. Everything from the chair you sit in, to the people around you, to the stars in the sky, and the entire physical world exists as a form of energy.
This unexpected discovery led to the scientific collapse of all philosophies based on the concept of matter. Science revealed the existence of something within us, yet not belonging to the physical body, something that perceives the entire physical world but is not itself physical: the human soul.
The soul could not be explained through materialist claims. Darwinism, which had concocted numerous fictitious stories about the imaginary evolution of species, fell silent when faced with the existence of the soul. Since the soul was not matter, it was a metaphysical concept. Materialists found it difficult to accept metaphysics because it contradicted their belief in unconscious events, coincidences, and random processes. Metaphysics provided evidence of conscious creation or, in other words, the existence of God. This is why materialists have denied the existence of the soul since the days of Ancient Greece.
The struggle that had persisted since Ancient Greece became meaningless, as it is now clear that there is an entity that makes a human being human and enables us to say, “This is me.” That entity is your soul: it exists, and it belongs to God. Science has definitively proven that the human soul perceives all things as they are presented to it, and there can be no reference to any reality beyond these perceived images. In other words, it openly declared that the only absolute Entity was God.
This scientific proof is valuable for convincing minds that idolize materialist ideology. However, anyone with reflection and intellect is already aware of their sublime soul. Anyone capable of reasoning can recognize that it is the soul that experiences emotions, makes decisions, enjoys the taste of an apple, and takes pleasure in music. It is the soul that builds airplanes, raises skyscrapers, and constructs laboratories in which it examines itself.
If human beings possess souls, they could not have been created randomly. There is a purpose behind their existence in this world. All people have a soul that belongs to God, and they are being tested in this life, after which they will be held accountable for their thoughts and actions. Life is not random or aimless, and there are no coincidental events, as Darwinists claim. Everything has been created by the will of God as part of the tests to which we are subjected. In this life, which ends with death, only the body is left behind, while the soul lives on for eternity in the Hereafter, its true abode.
This is wonderful news for those who realize they have a soul and acknowledge its Creator. Darwinists, however, may continue to deny this reality and insist that they do not have a soul. They may refuse to accept that they will one day stand before Almighty God, Whose existence they denied throughout their lives. They may continue to regard themselves as randomly created collections of atoms, dismissing the miraculous human consciousness that has discovered DNA, investigated atomic structure, and marveled at the inner workings of cells.
The human soul remains an unsolvable problem for Darwin and his followers. It is the undeniable evidence that they cannot explain, refute, or solve. God has vanquished them by providing scientific proof that they cannot deny: the insubstantiality of matter. Any objections they may have to the soul’s existence are invalid and meaningless.
