I have to say I just love the technology I use and I am happy that my real estate clients usually love it.  I am about 90% effective with not having to use paper during my real estate transactions.

My real estate clients here in CT seem to think it's a thrill!

We look at a home they love and I explain to them we can make an offer anytime they want to…they look at me like "where's your briefcase or paperwork?" And I tell them I have everything right here!  In fact the biggest thrill they get is signing a document right on the tablet AND getting it emailed to them immediately! Most look at the document right on their smart phone.

It really is alot easier than carrying a stack of agreements around.

I also enjoy technology mostly because I embrace it and try not to fight it.  I am not one of those agents blaming the IDX websites for giving consumers more real estate information.  I think it's great.  I love working with informed buyers and sellers.  Let them peruse ALL the listings on the market.  I know they will ultimately understand I am there to provide a huge value them during negotiations, inspections, ensuring a smooth transaction and much more!

Take the plunge and embrace technology.  It helps all of us with the environment, with effectiveness in the industry and with making the clients happier.
