Technical people and those with some know-how are good with technical stuff. Say you are a dummy but a musician, and you like to play your songs, but you do not have a band, nor do your guitar friends want to "waste" their time "trying" out your songs, nor do you have a drummer? What do you do? You buy a Synthesizer which does it all. The initial cost is cheaper than a full set up of all the other gadget-matics that you must master before you can even get started? You can then play immediately, i.e. the moment it is delivered to your doorstep. Then you want to computerise it? You install the software. That's only if you want to go public? Otherwise home and company and personal entertainment, parties with family, the avenues for expressionism are unlimited. I vote for Synthesizers. Since most of the above is a "fit!" What is yours? And why? sf laugh Forum

right words 1 Forum synths are great, also if you play in a band. about myself, i "try" to play drums, but it's not easy, at last for me. So maybe it's better if I keep playing on my bass lol

the main problem of drums is to keep the rhythm for minutes. initially it seems easy but it's a lot difficult
