Coach Ronn’s Coaching Philosophy
No comments yet - CommentLuv enabled! join the Forum Community, check your MailWhenever I teach coaches or am speaking with a group of players, the first topic I will cover is philosophy. I want everyone thinking that attitude, focus, communication and discipline determine so much of a team’s success. Without these things, how can there be a coaching philosophy that will hold up to the test of having players who play at their best level, the team playing at its best together, or enjoying the best season you can have?
The right thing to do is to do the right thing.

Is Proflight Simulator the best Airplane Simulation game?
No comments yet - CommentLuv enabled! join the Forum Community, check your MailGrowing up I was always interested in flying an airplane as a child. I always begged my parents for an airplane videogame but although those games were fun to play, they did not show how real flying was like. I mean it was mostly shooting and bombing type of games. What I really wanted was a real-life simulator where I can land and take off, and any problems the plane would have would affect the game play.
After shopping around for some time, looking for that right game, I stumbled upon Proflight Simulator. All the promises that I was looking for in a game where right in front of me with this simulator. All the graphics that I saw from the previews and pictures were really great, so I decided to give it a try, maybe this is the game for me. My first impression of this game was, WOW! I couldn’t believe how realistic Proflight Simulator was. I never knew what a challenge it would be to land the plane, and to take off from an airport. The cockpit visuals were excellent, and I liked that it showed me what all the controls in the cockpit were for.

Communication Strategies in the Field Essential for Technology Rollout Success
No comments yet - CommentLuv enabled! join the Forum Community, check your MailWith baseball being one of the most popular summer sports, many can recognize the analogy of the hand signals used by the players during the game and communication to the field technicians during a technology rollout. Whether you attend one game a season, follow a team closely or even don’t normally watch baseball, you are familiar with the hand signals the players and coaches use to communicate with one another on the field. The catcher signals the pitcher, the third base coach signals the runners on the field and even the umpire signals his calls. You may not always notice the signals during the games– they are used as a transparent, behind-the-scenes form of communication that is not easily decoded by fans or members of the opposing team.
Baseball signals guide the players in the field to maximize the team’s performance and communicate plays to the members of the team. Coaches use signals to manage the team in the field during the game and alert the players to adapt to changing circumstances within the game.

Learning Music with Music Flashcards
No comments yet - CommentLuv enabled! join the Forum Community, check your MailThere are excellent ways to remember the complex notes and signature in the music and these are music flashcards. Normally music flashcards is played as a game where one person, who can be your friend or your teacher, would hold out a card with a note on it and you need to name the note. In this game the card might have a specific note length and you need to tell the name of the note or its length by seeing it. You can also make a stake in the card that is you can draw notes of five lines and then you need to say the name of the note or you can play it in your instrument.
These music flashcards are easily available in the internet and also can be homemade. Those of you who are learning any instrument can use these flashcards for practicing the notes regularly. Also there are other benefits of music flashcards. It helps the students to focus on one single topic at a time and gain expertise on that.
