Drums are percussive instruments built by stretching a membrane across an opening in a vessel. The most common property of various types of drums is their pitch. Drums are the one of the oldest and the most omnipresent instruments. Even with the various types of drums present, the most common aspect is the origin of sound. Sound in a drum originates from the vibration caused when you strike the membrane, called the head, with another object. Drumheads can be made from the skin of a goat, cow, antelope, or sheep, or even a synthetic material. The types of drums that exist vary as markedly as the people who use them for communication, ritual, or entertainment all over the world.

Violin belongs to the violin family which also includes cello and viola. Violin is a bit high-pitched as compared to the rest of them.All the famous violinists like the American Grammy Award winning Joshua Bell or the Israeli violin virtuoso, conductor and master instructor Itzhak Pelman or Hilary Hahn were all once beginner violinists and today there are at a position where the whole world knows them. Now the first thing that one needs to do is learn how to read music because it is indispensible to learn any musical instrument. One can find plenty of information online about learning to read music find something that best suits you and go over it again and again. Then you need to know a violin well. You need to know which part is called what and which part has what job to be done with. You need to learn how to hold it properly so that you are comfortable in playing it. You have to get familiar with the parts of a violin.Beginner violinists must find ample time to practice because unlike a guitar, the technicalities in a violin are more. But passion and love for music can take you a long way. There are may be times when times when you feel like giving up but perseverance is very important to learn anything.
