Action Thriller: Tezz

After a less than successful comedy, Rascals, Ajay Devgn returns to the silver screen with Anil Kapoor, Mohanlal, Kangna Ranaut, Sameera Reddy, Zayed Khan, and Boman Irani in an upcoming action thriller called Tezz.

Originally titled Bullet Train, Tezz is about a man who sets out to claim what is rightfully his. Anil Kapoor and Boman Irani play honorable Scotland Yard cops trying to race against time to save a bullet train rigged with bombs. Kangna Ranaut portrays Devgn’s wife, while Sameera Reddy takes on the role of a bar dancer and performs an item number in the film. The Tezz trailer was released on YouTube by Venus Videos and appears quite intriguing.

Anil Kapoor, known for portraying tough cop characters, returns in form in Tezz. His recent success in Hollywood adds to the film’s appeal. What sets Tezz apart is its action sequences, choreographed by Gareth Milne, the stunt coordinator of The Bourne Ultimatum. Will this usher in a new style for Bollywood action films?
