While Lady Gaga is undoubtedly an international phenomenon, she has yet to fully penetrate the Indian market, which has one of the most prominent music industries in the world. According to Sulaiman, Gaga’s low profile in India means that ‘Born This Way’ hadn’t resonated with the audience it deserves. However, their involvement in creating the new Bollywood version signifies that the song is likely to gain broader popularity in the South Asian region. Sulaiman believes that the remix will attract attention in India, and soon all eyes and ears will be focused on Gaga’s music.

Salim revealed that the pop superstar loved it and gave them a “big, very, very positive reaction” when they presented her with the final product.
