However, this is generally considered a positive aspect in most cases, as the benefits of using a pop filter far outweigh any minor drawbacks. On the other hand, the nylon version may deteriorate slightly faster, although this may depend on the amount of use and how well it is handled.

The main point of differentiation among pop filter devices lies in the connection clamp and flexible arm, which deserves more attention. In general, a skilled singer or voice talent with appropriate technique may not require this type of filtering. However, if you encounter issues with plosive disruptions on your primary track despite using a single pop filter, using two pop filters instead of investing in a double pop filter can be a solution.
